Gen.G announced the signing Wednesday of Ji-hoon "Chovy" Jeong to complete their roster for the 2022 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) campaign.

The 20-year-old South Korean mid laner spent the past year with Hanwha Life Esports following stints with DRX and Griffin.

Chovy's teams have qualified for three straight LoL World Championships. He helped Hanwha Life Esports finish in third place during the LCK Spring 2021 season.

He joins an all-South Korean Gen.G lineup featuring jungler Wang-ho "Peanut" Han, top laner Hyeon-joon "Doran" Choi, bot laner Jae-hyuk "Ruler" Park and support Si-woo "Lehends" Son.
