Dacula recently inducted nine individuals and four teams into the high school’s athletics hall of fame.

Dacula recently inducted nine individuals and four teams into the high school’s athletics hall of fame.

Four of the inductees were former football players — Brandyn Bartlett (2012 grad), Rocky Capobianco (2012), Cameron Kenney (2007) and Joshua Mason (1995). Former football and track and field standout B.J. Clay (2013) also was honored.

They were joined in the 2020 class by basketball players Billy Humphrey (2005) and April Swancey Adams (1993), as well as coaches Tracy Keefer (softball) and Phil Hall (basketball). Hall also was a 1966 Dacula grad.

The teams inducted were the 1999 region girls champion track and field team, the 2000 region boys champion track and field team, the 2001 boys cross country team that was third at state and the 2004 region champion football team.
