BUFORD — After a runner-up finish in the Gwinnett County Championships over the weekend, Buford's volleyball team returned to action Monday with a pair of home victories.

The Wolves (25-2) opened with a 25-14, 25-19 win over Centennial, and followed with a 25-16, 25-13 win over Lambert. It was just the second loss of the season for Lambert.

Mikayla Hayden led the offense with 20 kills and Kiana Polk added eight kills. Macy Upshaw led the defense with 33 digs and Grace Adams had 42 assists.
