Richmond leading scorer Blake Francis is expected to miss four-to-six weeks with a fractured sternum.

Francis sustained the injury while contesting for a loose ball in the second half of the Spiders' 74-58 loss to Saint Louis on Saturday.

The junior guard sat out Richmond's 70-64 victory over Davidson on Tuesday.

Francis is averaging 17.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game this season, his first with Richmond after transferring from Wagner. The Spiders are 13-4 overall and 3-1 in the Atlantic 10 Conference.
