Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry suffered a broken bone in his left thumb Friday night in a win over the New Orleans Pelicans and will be out at least two weeks.

The team confirmed Saturday that Lowry sustained a fracture of the distal phalanx of the thumb. He played just 16 minutes and scored six points on Friday.

The reigning NBA champs also lost forward Serge Ibaka to a sprained right ankle with just 44.9 seconds left in the first half. He is scheduled to undergo tests and is out indefinitely, the team said.

Ibaka scored eight points in 12 minutes on Friday.

The Raptors play their next two games in Los Angeles -- Sunday night against the Lakers and Monday night against the Clippers.
