BUFORD — Buford’s Jordan Garrison scored in overtime to lift the Wolves to an 11-10 lacrosse win over Greater Atlanta Christian on Thursday.
Garrison’s goal was one of three she scored on the night. Skyler Thomas also scored three goals, while Courtney Martin and Jordyn Olivo tallied twice for Buford (4-1, 3-0).
Sarah Kester scored four goals to lead the Spartans (5-1, 1-1).
Wesleyan 21, St. Pius 5
ATLANTA — Wesleyan had little trouble defeating St. Pius 21-5 on Thursday. Whitaker Welch led the Wolves (5-4) with six goals. Emma-Kate Means scored thee goals, while Emma Nydam made seven saves.

PEACHTREE CORNERS — Greater Atlanta Christian defeated Wesleyan 9-5 on Thursday. Mason Rush scored three goals to lead the Spartans (4-4, 3-0). Michael Malone scored twice, freshman Will Gary scored an goal and added an assist, while Chandler Dula did a good job on defense for GAC.

SUGAR HILL — Sam Lester scored four goals and assisted on seven others to help Archer defeat Lanier 16-12 on Thursday. Wyatt Maddox poured in six goals and added two assists for the Tigers (3-5).

SUWANEE — Peachtree Ridge’s Thomas LeMaster tossed a complete game shutout to help the Lions defeat Collins Hill 2-0 on Thursday. LeMaster allowed just four hits as Peachtree Ridge improved to 8-4 overall and 5-1 in Region 6-AAAAAAA.

SNELLVILLE — Brookwood defeated Central Gwinnett 20-0 in three innings Thursday. Wes Franklin had two hits and four RBIs while Will Mize had two hits and three RBIs to make a winner of Blake Jennings on the mound for the Broncos (9-5, 2-0).

PEACHTREE CORNERS — Wesleyan downed Holy Innocents’ 7-3 on Thursday. Jalen Fulwood hit a three-run home run to secure the victory for the Wolves (10-4, 4-0) and himself on the mound. Fulwood tossed three innings of hitless relief while striking out four to earn the win. Cooper Blauser had two hits and three RBIs, while Joe Chatham also had two hits in the win.

CUMMING — Wesleyan defeated host Pinecrest Academy 2-1 on Thursday. Isabelle Moratti and Kaitlyn Bobo scored goals for the Wolves (4-3-1, 2-0).

SUWANEE — North Gwinnett swept Mountain View 5-0 on Thursday. Cassidy Rebol, Lindsay Kahren and Fernanda Rodriquez won in singles. Elle Hammond and Lizzy Hammond along with Lily Zhang and Maya Diaz took the doubles points for the Bulldogs (8-2).
