• Top-ranked Georgia golfer for Class of 2020 on Junior Golf Scoreboard

Coach Gary Richey's take: “Liam has tremendous talent and is gifted athletically in golf. But what sets him apart is his remarkable work ethic and practice habits. He is a wonderful leader on our team for that reason — all other golfers in our program set Liam as the standard and they should try to emulate him in every facet of the game. He is a quiet leader, but his example on the range, practice greens and course is second-to-none. He reminds me of the great golfers that we’ve had here in the past. He understands and embraces the fact that being great in golf is about mastering the little things, spending the hours on the course and range. I love that about Liam and am excited for his last year of golf at GAC.”

He's a calm, level-headed young man whose personality allows him to fight through rounds when it may not be going his way. He and Jackson (Buchanan) are a tremendous 1-2 punch for our golf team that I can't believe I still get to watch play for two more seasons.”

She is a determined young lady who plays her game well and I can count on her score every tournament. She is a joy to coach and it's a pleasure to watch her beautiful swing.”

She has perfected the art of keeping it cool on the course and leads her team with class and composure. She is a joy to be around and her steady focus and attention to detail make her a joy to watch as well. She has led our team since her freshman year, working hard to shed strokes off her score while guiding our younger players with patience. Our team wouldn’t be what it is without her.”

As a coach you always know she will be putting the work in while also balancing a rigorous curriculum during the school day. Georgia is definitely the senior leader of our team and a great role model for the younger players to follow on the course and in the classroom. We are looking for great things from her as we prepare to compete for the area and state tournaments this season.”
