Gwinnett County Public Schools has announced the Outstanding Senior Athlete award-winners, recognizing the best and brightest from the 2019-20 school year.

Those seniors — one male and one female from each GCPS high school — were to be honored at the 11th annual GCPS Outstanding Senior Athlete Banquet, but it was canceled along with other school activities by the coronavirus pandemic.

The student-athletes who received the prestigious honor were rewarded for excellence in athletics, academics and community service.
