DACULA — Nicole Azar hit nine 3-pointers en route to 33 points in Hebron Christian’s 88-36 win over Prince Avenue Christian on Friday.

Malia Fisher nearly recorded a double-double with 20 points and 8 rebounds for the Lions (19-0, 3-0 Region 8-A). Jessie Parrish had 11 points and five rebounds, Carly Fahey had 10 assists to go with 4 points, and Carly Heidger and Ella Heard each put in 9 points.


Dacula 34, Habersham Central 29

MOUNT AIRY — Lazaria Spearman led Dacula with 15 points, 18 rebounds and a steal in a 34-29 road win against Habersham Central on Friday.

The Falcons (16-2, 4-0 Region 8-AAAAAA) also got key contributions from Nyla Rose Moore, who had 12 points, five rebounds, three steals and four assists, and Jin Sileo, who scored five points.

Buford 49, Loganville 42

LOGANVILLE — Tate Walters scored 13 points to lead Buford in a 49-42 win over Loganville on Friday.

Tamori Plantin put in 11 points for the Wolves (16-0, 4-0 Region 8-AAAAA), who next face Peachtree Ridge at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Peachtree Ridge 52, Duluth 33

DULUTH — Aaliyah Hunt scored 16 points to lead Peachtree Ridge to a 52-33 win against Duluth on Friday.

Nadya McCown scored 15 points and Nia Hicks had eight points for the Lions (12-5, 6-1 Region 6-AAAAAAA).

Archer 56, Newton 34

COVINGTON — Taniya McGowan recorded a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds to lead Archer to a 56-34 victory against Newton on Friday.

Cazia Nelson had 13 points and four assists and Bailey Francis had seven points and 10 rebounds for the Tigers (10-8, 2-3 Region 8-AAAAAAA), who return to play Saturday at home against Brookwood in the Hudl Classic.

Parkview 55, Lakeside 43

LILBURN — Jalyn Bell scored 17 points and made five steals to lead Parkview in a 55-43 win over Lakeside on Friday.

Mayah Casmir scored 11 points and had six steals for the Panthers (11-8, 7-0 Region 7-AAAAAAA).

Collins Hill 65, Mill Creek 14

HOSCHTON — Collins Hill had its best defensive performance of the season Friday with a 65-14 rout of host Mill Creek in Region 6-AAAAAAA.

The Eagles, who were 22 of 27 at the free-throw line, played without top defender and scorer Eden Sample, who was out with a minor ankle injury.

Kamryn Collins was Collins Hill’s top scorer with 18 points, while Sacha Washington (13 points) and Asjah Inniss (10 points) also reached double figures. The Eagles led 41-9 at halftime.

Alexis Figures led Mill Creek with 6 points.

Lanier 61, Apalachee 23

SUGAR HILL — Christabel Ezumah led Lanier with 16 points in a 61-23 win against Apalachee on Friday.

Morgan Manley contributed 12 points for the Longhorns (8-9, 2-1 Region 8-AAAAAA).

Discovery 60, Mountain View 51 (OT)

LAWRENCEVILLE — Taylor Watkins poured in 26 points and pulled down 12 rebounds to lead Discovery in a 60-51 overtime victory over Mountain View on Friday.

Akaya Chaney added 20 points and seven rebounds for the Titans (14-5, 5-2).

Ali Drake led Mountain View with 18 points.

Wesleyan 73, Paideia 26

PEACHTREE CORNERS — Wesleyan beat Paideia 73-26 with three players in double figures Friday, including Alyssa Phillip's double-double. She finished with 18 points and 16 rebounds.

Avyonce Carter lead the Wolves (13-2) with 21 points and added six rebounds, while Lanni Brown had 14 points.

GAC 52, Marist 37

NORCROSS — Greater Atlanta Christian's Kaleigh Addie scored more than half her team's points in a 52-37 win over Marist on Friday. The sophomore scored 31 points in the win.

Ava Irvin added 11 points.
