Gwinnett’s four soccer state champions finished at No. 1 in the final Georgia high school soccer coaches poll.

The North Gwinnett girls (18-3) were ranked first in Class AAAAAAA, while No. 3 Parkview and No. 4 Brookwood gave Gwinnett three of the top four teams in the classification. Peachtree Ridge’s girls also came in at No. 8. In AAAAAAA boys, Meadowcreek was No. 3 and Collins Hill was No. 9.

The state champion Dacula girls (18-2) were ranked first in AAAAAA, while the Wesleyan boys (15-6) and Wesleyan girls (12-6-2) held the top spots in A Private.

Other Gwinnett teams in the final rankings were the Greater Atlanta Christian girls (No. 3 in AAA) and boys (No. 10 in AAA), and the Buford girls (No. 8 in AAAAA).
