SUWANEE – North Gwinnett's baseball team remained undefeated in Region 6-AAAAAAA with a 6-0 win over Mountain View on Tuesday.

Brandt Pancer went 6 2/3 innings and struck out six to earn the win on the mound for the Bulldogs (16-3, 7-0).

Parker Waggoner sparked the offense with three hits, three stolen bases and scored three runs. Josh Shuler added a pair of hits for North.

Gavin Collyer took the loss for the Bears (14-4, 6-1). Collyer went five innings and allowed four hits and two earned runs. Cole Johnston had two hits.

BASEBALL

Brookwood 5, Lakeside-DeKalb 0

SNELLVILLE – Brookwood blanked Lakeside-DeKalb 5-0 on Tuesday. Parker Bailey went four innings to earn the win while Wesley Franklin tossed three innings to earn the save for the Broncos (13-6, 6-0).

Johnathan Jamie had four hits and drove in three runs, Will Mize collected a pair of hits and Zion Disroe contributed a hit and an RBI in the win.

Grayson 11, Rockdale County 1 (6 innings)

LOGANVILLE – Grayson remained perfect in Region 8-AAAAAAA with a 11-1 six inning win over Rockdale County on Tuesday.

John Anderson went five innings to earn the win and struck out six. Josh Stinson was the offensive catalyst, collecting two hits, scoring twice and driving in a pair of runs. Garrison Gunter also had a hit and two RBIs for the Rams (13-5, 7-0).

Parkview 26, Berkmar 0 (3 innings)

LILBURN – Parkview's Max Pate blasted a grand slam as the Panthers blanked Berkmar 26-0 on Tuesday. Koby Ayala, who pitched an inning and struck out three, added three hits and drove in three runs. Jonathan French drove in four on two hits while Max Pate had two hits and two RBIs to make a winner of Makenzie Pate on the mound for the Panthers (15-2, 4-0).

Peachtree Ridge 23, Discovery 1 (5 innings)

LAWRENCEVILLE – Peachtree Ridge used a solid team effort to post a 23-1 win over host Discovery in Region 6-AAAAAAA on Tuesday.

Dacula 12, Lanier 3

DACULA – Dacula defeated Lanier 12-3 on Tuesday. Gage Felton tossed a complete game and struck out three to earn the win for the Falcons (6-11, 1-3). Jackson Smith hit a home run and drove in a pair of runs. Jojo Lopez and CJ Carithers each provided two hits and two RBIs while Zack Devries scored twice and had two hits.

Ben Saxon led the Longhorns (7-8, 2-2) with a two-run home run while teammate Jake Ludwig also hit a solo home run for Lanier.

Buford 15, Cedar Shoals 0 (3 innings)

BUFORD – Sean Adams struck out nine as Buford rolled over Cedar Shoals 15-0 on Tuesday. The Wolves improved to 11-5 with the win.

Greater Atlanta Christian 9, Fannin County 7 (8 innings)

BLUE RIDGE – Greater Atlanta Christian scored three runs in the eighth inning and held on to defeat Fannin County 9-7 on Tuesday. With the bases loaded in the extra frame, Colin Helm hit an RBI single and Shane Lussier drove in a pair of runs with a double.

Lussier ended the game with four RBIs while Helms' final stats had two runs driven in. Dawson Hamilton was the winning pitcher, going six innings and striking out seven for the Spartans (7-7-1, 3-4).

Providence Christian 5, Tallulah Falls 4 (8 innings)

LILBURN – Providence's Zach Douglas was plunked by a pitch to drive in the winning run as the Storm defeated Tallulah Falls 5-4 in eight innings on Tuesday. Douglas also scored the game tying run in the seventh to force the extra frame.

Douglas finished with two hits and two RBIs, Anthony Bowen also had two hits and drove in a run while Simon Graf tossed one inning to earn the win for the Storm (3-15, 2-2).

Wesleyan 5, Trinity Christian 1

PEACHTREE CORNERS – Wesleyan's Wyatt Copeland tossed a complete game and whiffed 14 as the Wolves defeated Trinity Christian 5-1 on Tuesday.

Charlie Taylor had an infield single which drove in a run while teammate Don Daniel had a base hit and an RBI for Wesleyan (11-4, 5-0).

Prince Avenue 4, Hebron Christian 1

ATHENS – Hebron Christian dropped a 4-1 decision to Prince Avenue on Tuesday. Jack Ihm had two hits and stole two bases while Jason Lockhart had the only RBI for the Lions (7-8).

Mill Creek 3, Mountain View 0

HOSCHTON – Mill Creek downed Mountain View 3-0 in the Region 6-AAAAAAA tournament on Tuesday. Andre Izadi, Manu Pareek and the doubles tandem of Carter Smith and Thomas McCall posted wins for the Hawks.

Brookwood 3, Chamblee 2

LAWRENCEVILLE – Brookwood defeated Chamblee 3-2 in a match played at the Rhodes Jordan Tennis Center on Tuesday. Reuben Dayal and Tawfeeq Mohamed won in singles as did the doubles tandem of Thomas Brookman and Kavin Shankar.

Archer 4, South Gwinnett 1

SNELLVILLE - Archer swept the singles to propel it to a 4-1 win over South Gwinnett on Tuesday. Corie Hogue, Aaron Hunt and Colin Clary won in singles. Jacob Jones and Tucker Czarick won in doubles for the Tigers (9-6, 7-3).

Wesleyan 3, Mt. Pisgah 2

PEACHTREE CORNERS – Wesleyan edged Mt. Pisgah 3-2 on Tuesday. Luke Schiller and Dakota Early won in singles as did the doubles tandem of Jake Lundstedt and Jack Thomas for the Wolves (6-2).

Providence Christian Academy 4, George Walton 1

MONROE – Providence Christian Academy defeated George Walton 4-1 on Tuesday. The Storm are now 8-6 on the season.

Mill Creek 3, Discovery 0

HOSCHTON – Mill Creek defeated Discovery 3-0 in the Region 6-AAAAAAA tournament on Tuesday. Brooke Bolton, Maddie Nannis and the doubles tandem of Chika Nwosu and Catherine Deer won in doubles for the Hawks.

South Gwinnett 3, Archer 2

SNELLVILLE – South Gwinnett downed Archer 3-2 on Tuesday. Sydnee Jackson and Paige Belconis won in singles for the Tigers (7-8, 5-5).

Wesleyan 5, Mt. Pisgah 0

PEACHTREE CORNERS – Wesleyan blanked visiting Mt. Pisgah 5-0 on Tuesday. Livi Stolle, Grace Bowling and Ansley Cotter won in singles. Grace Tyler and Haden Jones along with Katherine Scott and Tinsley Bertram won in doulbes for the Wolves (6-2).

MONROE – Providence Christian Academy defeated George Walton 3-2 to improve to 12-1 on the season.

SUWANEE – Collins Hill downed Mountain View 9-8 on Tuesday. Tanner Wilson led the Eagles (8-4, 4-1) with four goals. Carter Bridge scored twice while Tommy Turnage made 13 saves in the victory.

North Gwinnett 15, Cambridge 1

SUWANEE – North Gwinnett downed Cambridge 15-1 in a game played at George Pierce Park on Tuesday. Riley Walker led the Bulldogs (8-2) with six goals. Seven other players scored goals and 18 different Bulldogs combined for 32 ground balls.

Buford 14, North Oconee 3

BUFORD – Buford blew past North Oconee 14-3 on Tuesday. Danny Reymond scored eight goals while Mikey Canavan added three goals and three assists for the Wolves (9-3, 3-0).

Blessed Trinity 10, Greater Atlanta Christian 8

NORCROSS – A six goal second quarter sunk Greater Atlanta Christian as the Spartans fell 10-8 to Blessed Trinity on Tuesday. Josh Rose and Michael Malone each scored twice for GAC (6-5).

LILBURN – Sarah Smith scored six goals to help Parkview defeat Archer 19-9 on Tuesday. Claudia Tanksley added five goals while Sydney Trammel added four for the Panthers (7-3, 4-1).

Peachtree Ridge 17, Greater Atlanta Christian 7

NORCROSS – Peachtree Ridge downed host Greater Atlanta Christian 17-7 on Tuesday. Lexi Vander Linde led the Spartans (5-4) with three goals while goalie Annie Kilpatrick made 11 saves.

Mountain View 13, Collins Hill 1

SUWANEE – Mountain View downed host Collins Hill 13-1 on Tuesday. Reagan Utley led the Bears (9-2, 4-1) with six goals. Lily Clawson added five goals and two assists, Maria Palomba scored twice and had three draw controls while Mina Muirhead and Devin Foster each dished out two assists.

GIRLS SOCCER

Grayson 2, Collins Hill 1 (OT)

LOGANVILLE – Grayson's Jennifer Munger scored with 1:35 left in overtime to lift the Rams to a 2-1 win over visiting Collins Hill on Tuesday. Munger had provided an assist on the Rams' first goal, scored by Ally Shumaker. The win improves Grayson's record to 7-3-1.

Wesleyan 2, Providence Christian 1

PEACHTREE CORNERS – Wesleyan edged Providence Christian 2-1 on Tuesday. Ashley Cowart and Lindsey Suits scored goals while Lucy Mitchell provided two assists for the Wolves (5-3-1, 3-0).

Cate Lee scored for the Storm (7-3, 1-2) while goalie Leila Moss made 21 saves, including a penalty kick, to keep Providence in the contest.

BOYS SOCCER

Norcross 4, Brookwood 1

NORCROSS — Norcross defeated Brookwood 4-1 for a Region 7-AAAAAAA victory on Tuesday.

Christhian Rugamas scored two goals, Arturo Solis had one goal and the Blue Devils (6-5-1, 3-1) also tallied an own goal. Steven Cardona had two assists for the victors, while Jorge Inzunza made several big saves in goal.

Archer 2, Chestatee 2

LAWRENCEVILLE – Archer and Chestatee played to a 2-2 draw on Tuesday. Ivan Ivastanin and Jacob Cundey scored for the Tigers (8-5-1).

Wesleyan 1, Providence Christian 0 (PK)

PEACHTREE CORNERS – Wesleyan downed Providence Christian 1-0, 6-5 on penalty kicks on Tuesday. After a scoreless regulation and overtime, the final Storm penalty kick clanked off the cross bar giving the win to the Wolves (6-4, 3-1).

Josh Jones made 13 saves for Providence Christian (4-6, 1-3).
