BUFORD -- Buford opened its season with a 12-2, five-inning victory over Hebron on Wednesday night.
Josh Bryan pitched two innings to get the win for the Wolves (1-0). Conner Bennett also pitched two innings, striking out six Lions. Bryan helped his own cause with two hits, Russell Klein had four RBIs and Patrick Burnett scored three runs for Buford.
