Providence Christian's Jessie Kowalewicz and Hebron Christian's Amber Skidgel were both first-team selections on the All-Region 8-A Basketball Team, which was voted on by the region's coaches.
In voting for the boys, Providence's Charlie Scott and Hebron's Tyler Skidgel were second-team picks.
The honorable mention list featured Providence's Aubrey Gold, Megan Parker, Connor Jones, Steve Kleinschmidt and Robbie Clark, as well as Hebron's Ashleigh Stanley, Noah Herrin and Ryan Thomas. Prince Avenue's Anna Machovec, formerly at Dacula, also was honorable mention.
